Postgre Node Removes Expressions

Hey n8n team!

When using the Postgres, when I hit refresh columns, all of the existing expressions entered in existing columns are wiped.

This mean everything has to be set up again when extending the database schema.

With other node, like Supabase, when refreshing, the existing expression remain intact.

Can we have similar behavior on the Postgres node?

Not sure if I should raise this as a bug or a feature request?

Thanks for reporting this! We actually have this on our radar as it’s also been seen in Google Sheets and Airtable as well…

I updated one instance of n8n and whilst this issue is fixed, a bunch of Postgres nodes are now failing, some on insert operations, on some numbers are now being rejected where they were not before.
