Hi, I’m speaking with a client about email scraping automation and I’m unsure how much to charge. Can anyone share how you determine your rates for these services?

It would all depend on your experience and what you would be happy with.
So you need to determine that for yourself. Think of a number that you would be happy with and stick to that. Do keep in mind that you probably also need to pay taxes and such, so factor that in.
I usually work on hourly rates as it is fair for both parties.
Also the location you are in can change the rate you charge as rates are for examples higher in USA and Europe.
Of course you can work for companies all over the world, but rates in different countries are a thing and you need to adjust accordingly or decide not to work for those rates.
