Problem connecting Outlook to self hosted n8n

Describe the problem/error/question

When connecting Outlook to self hosted n8n I run into a connection problem. I go through these instructions Microsoft credentials | n8n Docs but in the last phase I get this error message:

Hi,

Where are you running your n8n? In a container? It seems like a network issue to me.

Not running in a container, just in command line with node.js.
