Problem logging in

hello

I couldn’t authenticate with my gmail on the n8n account, today I host my automations on the n8n itself, when resetting the password I asked to speak to the administrator and I can’t do the recovery, I always use Google authenticator when I log in, can someone from support check my case?

If you are not using n8n cloud can you share information on how you have deployed n8n.
