Hi @Divya92 Welcome!
If you have tried all of those i think the issue can be related to the server side, as you have tried what you could on your side, consider reaching out to support from one of these:

Lost connection errors that start suddenly on cloud are usually infrastructure-side — nothing you can fix locally. You’ve already covered all the browser/client causes.

Check status.n8n.io to see if there’s an active incident. If nothing there, open a support ticket and include the exact timestamp of when it started yesterday — that helps their team correlate it with backend logs much faster.

Hi @Benjamin_Behrens , The link is failing to open. :frowning:

welcome to the n8n community @Divya92
One thing I’d add is a quick sanity check to confirm whether this is affecting just this workflow or the instance as a whole. If you create a brand new workflow with only a Manual Trigger and try to execute it, does it show the same “Lost connection” behavior?
This can help narrow things down before opening a support ticket and gives you a clearer signal of where the problem is happening.

Hope this helps a bit!

yes this is happening for all workflows
