Professional Certificate shows "Server Error" and "Certificate does not exist" after completing all requirements

Hello n8n Academy Team,

I completed all three required courses for the n8n Foundations Professional Certificate.

Completed courses:
• Essentials: Your First Workflows
• Integrations: APIs & Connected Workflows
• In Practice: AI, Testing & Best Practices

My Academy dashboard displays:

“Congratulations! You have successfully completed all the requirements for the n8n Foundations Professional Certificate.”

However, when I click the Professional Certificate, I receive a Server Error.

The certificate link is:

Authentication | n8n Platform

I also tried verifying the certificate using the ID:

9b4ef6f952db4777990a80b6df6abe2d

The Certificate Verification page responds with:

“Certificate does not exist.”

I tested this in both Chrome and Firefox, and I confirmed that DNS, HTTPS, and SSL are all working correctly.

Could someone please check whether my Professional Certificate failed to generate and regenerate it for my account?

Hi All, As some of you may have noticed. Our programs functionality is not working as intended. This means that currently program certificates and badges are not working. Progress is not marked correctly and is causing confusion. We have reported the issue to the developer and are awaiting triage and an eta for a fix, at the earliest they will be triaging on Wednesday 1st of July. Rest assured once the issue is fixed.
