Prompt & help with my proyect

Hi, I’m new to N8N and I’m struggling a bit with the project for my real estate agency.

We’re dedicated to long-term rental properties, and the idea of the bot’s first stage is to chat with the client, extract information from their profile, and ask for the following fields:

  • Name
  • Monthly budget
  • Desired area
  • Type of unit (house, apartment, studio, etc.)
  • Does the client have pets (yes/no)
  • Estimated move-in date
  • Number of people
  • Special requests

And based on that, we can offer them properties from our Google Sheets database and schedule appointments on our Google Calendar.

As an additional task (not yet essential), I would be able to schedule appointments with the property owner to confirm the appointment with the client. However, I can do this manually in the meantime, but it would be the ideal process for this first stage.

I’ve seen several tutorials and many features, and I think it’s possible, but I clearly don’t have the technical experience to do it yet.

I’ve already created a fairly advanced prompt, but I think I’m failing somewhere with the flow of information, since I’m receiving {“available”: false} in the chat, and I’ve even seen {“available”: true} in some cases.

I would like to cordially request help from a professional. I imagine such work is paid, and as long as it’s a modest price, I’m willing to collaborate.

Greetings from Tulum, Mexico
