Problem

After passing the course, the completion certificate renders a broken-image placeholder where the Education Team signature should appear (above the “Education Team” label, next to the date).

The browser shows the default broken-image icon, which means the signature asset fails to load – likely a missing file or a broken image URL.

Suggested fix

Please check the signature image asset/URL on the certificate template so it renders instead of showing a broken-image placeholder. Everything else on the certificate (title, date, layout) displays correctly.
