Sorry is not totally clear what you mean. Are you talking about making a request with the HTTP Request Node? If so you can simply set the header manually.
The name would be: Authorization
and the value: Bearer <YOUR_TOKEN>

Think investing a little bit time, in the beginning, understanding the basics will save you a lot of frustration and confusion later on 
I aim with n8n to be more or less as complicated to use as Excel. The basics are also not incredibly complicated but are definitely also not perfectly self-explaining from the start.
