Question about canceling Pro Annual subscription before renewal

Hi,

I am currently on the Pro (Annual) n8n Cloud plan.

If I cancel my subscription before the renewal date (May 22), will my workspace continue working normally until May 22 without charging the next annual renewal?

Also:

  • will my workflows remain saved?

  • will the workspace downgrade automatically afterward?

Nothing would happen if you cancelled your plan subscription it would run perfectly fine till that date. Also, about your workflow and data, they would be retained for 90 days after that, everything would be deleted. You can pay for your subscription if you want them to stay saved. And there is no downgrade option apparently for n8n Cloud, as there are no free plans there.

I would recommend downloading your flows for now would be better.
