Question on workflow executions in n8n

Refer to the attached screenshot

My question:

  1. When the workflow stops at point B (in blue colour & it is a short workflow), does this count towards as 1 workflow execution?
  2. When the workflow continues at point A (in red colour & it is a very long workflow), does this also count towards as 1 workflow execution?

Both executions count. It doesn’t matter how long the workflow is executed and where it stops
