Hi, I’m new to automation and have decided to start with an interesting project. I need to create an automation project for a chatbot in a WhatsApp group that adds members by simply entering their information into a simple platform, like Google Forms, and then sends it to the database. I can then run simple giveaways and notify the winner. I can also send daily marketing campaigns (about 10 messages). The most important thing is that this information is easy to enter. I’d like some tips on the APIs and the project. I apologize for my ignorance, but I would really appreciate any support.

I was also investigating the possibility of creating an n8n stream with interaction with Whatsapp.
Be careful because WhatsApp does not allow group management via the official API so it would be useful to have an external provider like (wassenger, whapi.cloud or Zoko) to send messages and manage wa groups.
Another advice I give you is to remember that for marketing messages, make sure users give opt-in consent.
Always keep privacy aspects in mind, especially if you’re in Europe.
