Describe the problem/error/question

Working on the binary unit in the quickstart course, when trying to send an HTTP request for the dog photo, the link is not working. Tried to opne the website myself and see error code 504 from cloudfare, the host of the link. I need this link to be fixed so I can continue my workflow but am stuck right now due to this.
