Rating popup should dissappear after acknowledgement

The rating popup in the Executions UI should automatically disappear after a user interacts with it (by giving a thumbs up or thumbs down) or after a short, reasonable period of inactivity if no rating is given.

My use case:
When reviewing executions in the UI, a popup appears asking for a rating (“thumbs up” or “thumbs down”) for the workflow execution. Currently, this popup persists on the screen even after I have provided a rating by clicking either the “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” icon. It also remains if I choose not to rate the execution. This persistent popup obstructs a significant portion of the UI, specifically the “Highlighted data” section and other execution details, making it difficult to view and interact with the underlying information. I have to manually find a way to dismiss it (if possible, the method of dismissal isn’t clear from the image) or navigate away and back to get rid of it. This becomes particularly annoying when reviewing multiple executions.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:
This new feature will solve the following problems:

  • Improved User Experience: The UI will feel less cluttered and more responsive.
  • Reduced Annoyance: Users will not be persistently blocked by a popup they have already interacted with or chosen to ignore.
  • Increased Efficiency: Users will be able to access underlying UI elements (like “Highlighted data”) without needing to take extra steps to dismiss the popup, streamlining their workflow when reviewing executions.
  • Standard UI Behavior: Most UI elements that request feedback or action typically dismiss automatically after the action is completed or offer a clear way to close them. This change would bring the rating popup in line with common UI/UX best practices.
