Recovery link does not arrive at my email

Hello n8n Support Team,
I am unable to access my n8n Cloud workspace because password recovery emails are not being delivered.
Details:

  • Workspace URL: n8n.io - Workflow Automation
  • Account email address: [email protected]
    I have tried the following without success:
  • “Forgot password” on the login page
  • Requesting a magic link via https://app.n8n.cloud/magic-link
  • Checking spam, junk, promotions, and all other mail folders
    None of the password reset or magic link emails arrive.
    This workspace contains active workflows with production impact, so access is time‑critical.
    Could you please assist with restoring access to my account or manually triggering a recovery process?

Hi @Lucien_Beekmans consider sending your details on [email protected] along with the problem statement so that they can manually inspect your instance, as you cannot even access your dashboards so this is a server side issue.
