Recovery link doesn’t arrive to the email

I am trying to sign in to my n8n workspace. I have forgotten the password. I tried to reset it but I am not receiving recovery email. It is a cloud instance. Can someone pls help me with this

Since you’re on n8n Cloud, you can’t reset your password manually through the server. First, try requesting a “magic link” at app.n8n.cloud/magic-link and double-check your spam and junk folders. If that doesn’t work, your only option is to email help@n8n.io using the email address linked to your account, providing your workspace URL and explaining the issue. If you get an automated reply, simply type “I want to talk to a human” to get a real person to help you regain access.

Yes I did; however still no reply

I have already emailed them and asked for a human to resolve the issue. The weird thing is no one from the org is able to login.
