Redirect not working in n8n form end node

“Redirecting to ” showing instead of actual redirecting

I setup the form end to redirect to a webhook URL. Instead of actual redirecting, I get a page with “Redirecting to ” text. No actual redirection.

Seems to be similar to this issue I found: Redirect to URL in Form End is broken in 1.113 · Issue #20303 · n8n-io/n8n · GitHub

Would appreciate any feedback…
