Refund Request - No Response

I’m writing about a refund request I sent to [email protected] 10 days ago. I haven’t received a response yet, and I’m wondering if there’s a more effective way to reach them regarding billing and plan issues, as I’ve already followed the instructions provided. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@bartv Lot of people are trying to reach out to support without any response. how can we ease our memebers that their tickets will be handled in due time. If there is anything we can do to ease the situation, I am here to help

I asked about a refund 3 days ago just after noticing I made the wrong subsciption. Still no awnser.
