Hi everyone,
I’m using n8n Cloud (Pro plan) and I’ve run into a problem where I accidentally consumed all my available executions due to a workflow error.
This spike was completely unintentional and not representative of my normal usage. Under normal conditions, the Pro plan works perfectly for me.
My workspace is:
https://sistemas2.app.n8n.cloud/
Some basic instance info for context:
-
n8n version: 2.4.8
-
Platform: n8n Cloud
-
Execution mode: regular
-
Concurrency: 20
The only option currently shown to me is upgrading to the next plan tier, but that plan is around 12× more expensive and far beyond what I actually need on a regular basis. Upgrading permanently doesn’t really make sense for my use case, especially since this was caused by a one-off mistake.
I wanted to ask the community (and n8n team, if you’re reading
):
-
Has anyone been able to get a temporary executions top-up?
-
Or purchase extra executions just for the current period?
-
Or is there any other short-term workaround while I fix the workflow issue?
I really like n8n Cloud and rely on it heavily, so I’m just trying to find a reasonable way to recover from this without being forced into a long-term plan that I don’t realistically need.
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks a lot!
