We created a workflow under the domain https://alinegalera2026.app.n8n.cloud/settings/personal, and we would like to change. Since we have already purchased the annual N8N plan, we are unable to cancel it unless we request a refund so we can subscribe again using the correct domain. We would like to transfer the license
Please check how we can proceed with this domain change or how the purchased license can be transferred to the desired domain.

N8N hosted is restrictive on changing domains outside of the app.n8n.cloud - unless either you’re on the entreprise plan or you’re referring to changing the sub-domain - (changing the first named element of ‘here’.app.n8n.cloud)
Do you want full domain or sub domain changing?

Currently the fix is to create a new account there as you cannot change the username i mean sub-domain of that existing account. What i would recommend is that if the username really matters that much consider getting yourself a refund and then buy a new plan with the username you desire, and i agree with @Jekylls that you cannot do that.

I would just like to change the subdomain, not the registered email. This should be something simple.
I have already tried to contact support several times to transfer the license or simply change the subdomain. It is unfair to receive this lack of support, especially for a paying customer.
@Aline_Ribeiro I understand you but that is how currently that works that it is not something which you can edit after creation, reaching out to support and then getting your payment refunded and then get a new account would be a better take, or self host if you want more customization regularly.
