Restore latest version of workflow

Dear community (and support?),

Last month i used the free test version of n8n to get an idea of its capabilities. I started building a few things. Among this was a workflow that i actually wanted to improve upon. After the trial period ended i waited a few days and today decided to purchase the starter subscription. After logging back in, i unfortunately learned that apparently the most recent version of my workflow is not available anymore. I also looked at all my other workflows and the version history, but there was nothing left. Is there any way to restore the latest version? Maybe some n8n employee has access to more version histories or something like that? I would highly appreciate and help!

Any chance you exported the workflow (JSON)?

Thus seems to be the rules:

A trial gives you Pro features (including workflow history) for 14 days.

When the trial ends and you don’t upgrade, the workspace is deleted.

You then have 90 days to download your workflows from the most recent backup via the Admin Dashboard → Manage → Export → Download Workflows. After 90 days, all workflows are permanently deleted and can’t be recovered…

Soo best chance to try is the this MAGIC LINK and log as ADMIN and se there.

If not, your last option is the n8n support if you open a ticket with all the details.

Thank you, the downloaded file also had an old version. Maybe i havent saved it properly when closing it :frowning:
