Resubscribing

Hello everyone,

We had the Starter Plan active until September 2026. Last month, we upgraded to the Pro Plan for one month. The Pro Plan has now expired, and our account is currently on hold. We were informed that after the Pro Plan ends, we would automatically be switched back to the Starter Plan. Has anyone experienced something similar? Should we expect the Starter Plan to reactivate automatically, or is there something we need to do on our side? Also, what steps should we take to switch back to the Starter Plan again?

I would first try to access the Cloud admin/billing area with the workspace owner account and check if you can manually select the Starter plan again or update the payment/subscription state. If the workspace is locked and you cannot change the plan yourself, then this becomes an admin/billing issue, which other community users probably can’t verify from the forum.
