Sales Automation with n8n

Hey all – Daniel here (just completed the Level 1 training )

As I explore how n8n could be used in a more hands-on GTM capacity, I’m curious about the kinds of automation you’ve seen (or built) that support sales, biz dev, or customer engagement workflows, especially in a startup or open-source context.

Some things I’ve been thinking about:

  • Lead enrichment (e.g. pulling data from LinkedIn, Clearbit, or Hunter)
  • Auto-routing inbound PQLs to reps via Slack or CRM
  • Follow-up sequencing based on customer actions
  • Alerting sales from community activity (e.g. active forum users or GitHub stars)
  • SDR productivity workflows — syncing between email, CRM, and task tools

If you’re in a sales/marketing/ops seat — or have seen n8n used in interesting ways beyond DevOps — I’d love to hear about it.

Ai sales agents with voice (call to confirm appointments, update cal via n8n )

Creating and posting curated content

So many options, u can find a lot of workflows here also :slight_smile:

Here’s one to research a company and put the results in a google sheet. You could then send that over to your team, update your CRM, whatever.
