Salesforce Only Retrieving in Recently Viewed

Hi,

I am utilizing an AI agent and Salesforce get many accounts to use natural language to find their respective account ID’s. I then email it to myself, a very simple workflow. The problem is, the salesforce node seems to only be able to find accounts/account ids that are in my recently viewed tab. When I put an account name I haven’t recently viewed it says ID not found, but when I view it and then run my workflow, it clicks with no problems.

It returns and everything completely fine, just seems like the scope is limited to my recently viewed section.

Hi there. Just change your Operation Type to “Get Manny”. Then select the condition that has to be true with the field that you want. For example, if you want to match accounts by the Name field of the account, click on get manny > Select Condition > Choose Name as Field > equal as operator > Defined automatically by the model as Value for the field.
