Scheduling with date restrictions

I think it’s possible using Custom (Cron) with expressions, not easy for everyone (let AI write it), but it should be doable,

For example:

There are some JavaScript workaround expressions, such as getting the number of days in the current month with: {{ new Date(new Date().getFullYear(), new Date().getMonth() + 1, 0).getDate() }} But of course, not everyone knows it, and it would be really nice to extend the Schedule Trigger with more features as you described. +1
