Hi. I’m new to automation and I’m currently setting up a process that receives a message, collects data, and passes it to a table. Also, if the message is edited, the corresponding data in the table should change.
But I faced a problem: during testing, the automation stops at the IF Check OpenAI Output stage, and the data is not transferred to the table. And when I start the automation (Workflow activated), it does not accept messages at all and does not work.
It is not possible to access someone’s workflow by link unless that person is a registered user on your workspace/app project.
You need to paste the workflow using the </> (see post formatting bar). Please pin data in your OpenAI node before copying the workflow. This will help to understand its structure and pinpoint the cause of failure.
Please also post errors reported.
As for the production node, what the workflow execution log says? See the Executions tab on the workflow canvas for this.
