I built a small n8n workflow that receives your website form submissions via webhook, normalizes the fields no matter what the form calls them, and writes every lead to a Google Sheet AND sends a Slack notification, in parallel — so a lead never gets lost because one channel failed.
Useful for small businesses/freelancers with a contact form but no CRM, or anyone who’s lost a lead because the notification email landed in spam and nobody checked the sheet either.
Setup is webhook → normalize fields → write to Google Sheets + notify Slack (swap Slack for Telegram/Email if that’s your stack, same structure).
