Seeking advice: Scaling AI-Agent medical booking solutions from Brazil to Europe (n8n + AI)

Hi everyone! I’m Léo, an automation developer from Brazil. I’ve built a robust AI-Agent solution for clinics using n8n. It handles everything: natural language booking, rescheduling, automated reminders (voice/text), and CRM syncing.

While the tech is working perfectly (I’m currently running a pilot with a therapist in France), the Brazilian market has been a challenge for high-ticket automation. I want to shift my focus to the European market, specifically clinics and private practices.

I’d love some advice from the community:

  1. For those in Europe, which countries are most open to AI-driven booking systems right now?

  2. Is it better to position myself as an Agency (InAut) or a specialized Freelancer in this niche?

Any insights on pricing or networking in Europe would be highly appreciated! Happy to share some of my workflow logic if anyone is interested.

Exciting direction! Europe’s healthcare sector is much more open to AI automation than most regions. Germany and UK have some of the strictest compliance frameworks but also the highest budgets for automation. Consider positioning around GDPR compliance as your differentiator — that’s a major pain point for clinics expanding to Europe. Great execution on the medical booking system.

I am doing a project for free to gain experience and build trust. My client is a Portuguese man who has lived in France for 20 years. He said he would recommend me to his personal friends.

Would you like to see my automation?
