I’m looking for an experienced n8n builder to help me design and implement a real use case — a “human-in-the-loop” newsletter automation for my project Every Human in the Loop, which curates news about AI with a human point of view.
This is a paid mentorship, not a build-for-hire: I’d like to learn by doing, working side-by-side (via live sessions) to create a workflow that combines automation and human editorial control.
Goal
Build a workflow that curates and publishes newsletter content with both automated inputs and human review. The system should:
Pull content ideas from RSS feeds, X (Twitter), and other sources.
Allow me to add links or ideas manually to inspire blog posts.
Use AI agents to help generate and edit draft articles.
Store and manage all content in Airtable as the central hub in Spanish and English.
Automatically publish finished posts to my Vercel-based website and format the HTML newsletter. (www.everyhumanintheloop.com)
Send short updates to WhatsApp via Twilio. (working whatsapp integration already)
Deploy emails to registered users in each language
I already have several integrations working (Twilio, OpenAI, Airtable) but need guidance on structuring the human-in-the-loop editing and RSS ingestion parts effectively. (see attached)
I already have a project advanced but I am struggling to integrate the automatic feed with the human editing through agents.
What I’m looking for
~2/3 live sessions to co-build this workflow.
Guidance on best practices for modularity, reliability, and smooth human intervention.
Someone who enjoys teaching while building, not just executing tasks.
