Self-hosted Docker Activation/License Key Email Never Arrives (v1.122.5)

I have set up the Owner user in the application, but I have not received the License Key email required for full activation, even after multiple requests through the UI.

:memo: Technical Details:

  • n8n Version: 1.122.5
  • Deployment Method: Docker (Self-Hosted)
  • Registered Email Address: ([email protected])
  • Issue Confirmation: While the container has basic internet access (tested via wget), the n8n application logs show network errors when attempting to connect to external services (e.g., ECONNRESET, TypeError: fetch failed). This indicates a connectivity blockage preventing the key from being requested automatically.

:folded_hands: Request:

Could anybody please manually provide my activation/license key and send it directly to the email address listed above, or provide it via a secure channel?

Once I receive the key, I will inject it manually via the N8N_LICENSE_KEY environment variable to complete the activation.

Thank you for your time and prompt assistance.

Thanks for confirming! It’s good to know I’m not the only one. :slightly_smiling_face:

An n8n employee said that it will be fixed soon. You can find the post here: I did not receive my free self‑hosted activation key - #2 by jabbson
