I need some help regarding an issue I’m facing on the n8n Foundations learning platform.
I have successfully completed all the requirements and purchased the certificates for the courses (such as Essentials: Your First Workshops and Integrations: APIs & Connected Workflows). However, whenever I try to click/access the certificate or related completion link, it redirects to credentials.learn.n8n.io/complete/edx-oauth2/ and always results in a “Server Error” page.
Here are the details from my end:

Issue: Server Error on OAuth/certificate redirect page.

credentials.learn.n8n.io/complete/edx-oauth2/ -
Context: Completed the n8n Foundations Professional Certificate program.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a known workaround/fix from the backend team?
