I am currently using n8n latest version in the trial mode, and I was wondering how can I give access to the workflow to a different person, I tried the share button inside the workflow panel but when I try to insert a user (using the email) it says that no user was found… is it necessary to insert the user in the initial process when creating the account? Can’t I do it later on? It seems weird that for such an important thing the only moment in which you can add users to your workflow is when you create the account
Available only on Pro/Enterprise plans. The ability to share workflows between users is available exclusively on n8n Cloud Pro, n8n Cloud Enterprise, or self-hosted instances with the Enterprise plan. It is not part of the free version or the standalone Community Edition.
When sharing a flow, only credentials defined within n8n are automatically shared. If your credentials are configured directly on a node (e.g., HTTP Request with manual headers), they are not hidden or shared correctly—so it’s recommended to create them as separate credentials.
