Sharing Notion contacts to O365 users

Hey everyone,

My question is more Microsoft related than N8N but I think N8N users are the best audience to help.

My team (around 10 users) fills a database of contacts in Notion.
I am wondering if anyone knows how to share those contacts with every user in the O365 team so they can easily access it on their phones / Outlook Desktop.

I know how to pull the contacts from Notion using N8N but what would be the best way to push those contacts to the Office users?

I hope I am clear,
Thanks a lot,
Joachim

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

Hey @Joachim_Brindeau,

Does M365 have a shared contacts api or something?

Thank you for your answer.
Can’t find an API unfortunately.

Closest thing I found is this tutorial:

But it uses powershell and I want to have a continuous sync…
If anyone has an idea, I’ll take it!

Thank you

This may work: Create contact - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Learn but I am not sure if it will work for all users or just the user authenticating.
