Thought exactly the same. Someone reported that in another post. I guess it’s a matter of testing.

Shopify for custom apps

The current Shopify node only works with private apps, but private apps have been deprecated and can no longer be created. Shopify tells developers to set up a custom app now, but the Shopify node does not include this as an authentication option.
