Hello @alpha_rubeus the registration link, i was given is https://app.n8n.cloud/register
So, i fill out the form and when click on start free trial nothing pops up to confirm my registration nor message that i will receive an email to verify my email…
Therefore, i try to create an account, like few more times within last hour and just few moments ago i received email saying verify your email… Now i don’t know for which one is…

I can understand the delay, shouldn’t happen but anyways, their must be link in your email once they send you to verify, just use that link to access n8n.
Click Open admin panel and type your same login details, you cant make any workflows with this as your trials finished, but you can import them
