For anyone hitting silent workflow failures: an “I’m alive” ping at the end of the workflow, checked against an external monitor, catches this in minutes instead of whenever someone downstream notices. n8n’s own error workflows help too, but only for errors n8n actually sees - they don’t catch a workflow that just stops firing.
