Hi All, I have a slackbot configured in n8n cloud version 1.75.2. Now and then (can be a week, a month, or more) my slackbot stops responding to me. This just happened and the only way I was able to bring it back was by setting the workflow to inactive and then to active again.
Other troubleshooting steps I’ve tried:
- in slack, changing the Request URL to an n8n test node then back to prod. That has worked in the past (which makes it seem like a slack issue).
- deleting and recreating the slack webhook so it generates a new ID, adding that back to slack.
- running an update to my n8n instance (if there is one available)
But this time, the only fix was to set the workflow to inactive then to active.
Looking for any additional suggestions or support because I’m trying to make this bot production ready and having it go offline like this is not helpful to the cause.
