Workflow: Generate Tailored Interview Questions with GPT-4 based on CV, JD, and Round
This workflow helps you automatically prepare interview reports by combining three key inputs:

Candidate resume/CV (PDF extraction)

Job description (from Google Drive / Sheets)

Interview round type (screening, technical, cultural/team fit, final, etc.)
The output is a well-structured report that includes:

8–10 customized interview questions with expected answers
No more spending hours reviewing resumes or writing interview questions manually. Each candidate gets different, AI-generated questions based on their background, the job, and the type of interview.
How it Works

Form submission → triggers workflow with candidate + round info

Profile Analyzer Agent → extracts and structures candidate CV data

Job Description Fetcher → pulls the correct JD from Google Drive/Sheets

Interview Expert Agent → generates tailored questions with GPT-4 (or your preferred model: Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.)

Report Generator → formats everything into HTML/PDF and sends via email (SendGrid/SMTP)
Fully customizable – you can swap in your own LLM, change the report format, or integrate with your ATS.
