Solved:
I think its just takes some time for “n8n user-management:reset” to overwrite the old memory. i refreshed the website and it was possible to put in a new Name and PW.
Describe the problem/error/question
I have an n8n instance running in a docker container which runs on Coolify. Everything worked just fine for months. i changed from “localhost:IP” to a new domain “studio-n8n.xyz” and everything went smooth for weeks. Now I suddenly am asked to sign in when accessing n8n. I’ve tried all the credentials I could have possibly used, but it doesnt work.
I’ve tried running “n8n user-management:reset” and it returns a “Successfully …” But when I then try to access n8n it still wants me to sign in. (Yes i’ve cleared my browser cache and restarted the container serveral times)
I’ve also tried adding credentials in the Environment Variables, which also didnt change a thing.
When looking into the logs, nothing suspicious was to be found.
The Terminal from coolify and the terminal of the docker doesnt work since day one. I can only use the terminal at my Hetzner Cloud server.
What is the error message (if any)?
