do you thinks its good if a lot of people are using the same key?
6 hrs later and still no email. It doesn’t appear that an email eventually shows up.
I’m quite ready to delve into N8N. This is a big disappointment.
Hello n8n team,
I’m experiencing an issue when trying to obtain my free license key.
When I attempt to access https://license.n8n.io or click the “Send me a free license key” button from within my n8n instance, nothing happens, or I get an Error 524.
Here are a few details about my setup:
- My instance URL:
https://n8n.srv857772.hstgr.cloud
- n8n version: 1.95.3
- Email used:
[email protected]
- I’ve tried with multiple browsers but without success.
Could you please help me obtain my lifetime free license key manually, or let me know how to fix the issue?
Thank you in advance for your support,
Kind regards,
I have the same error, how do I solve it?
Hi, I’m having the same problem. Has anyone found a solution?
Same problem here, this error 524. I saw that in other posts here they sent an email later with the key. Well, it seems it was their mistake. Let’s wait, I have some projects stopped because of this.
I have the same problem today
getting same issue now
Sorry about this! I’ve pinged our engineering team and we’ll post updates here.
Same here, I hosted mine on azure amd I’m getting this lincense request failed, when clicking on the send me a free lincense key
The n8n server is facing some issues… The key might help most of them. I don’t see something bad as email-pass authentication is already present there.
This is not related to this issue. Anyway, you should get your own key and not use someone else’s.
Update: you should be able to get a registered community edition license again. Our team continues to monitor the situation. Our apologies for the troubles
