My name is Soumitra Dutta, an Oxford-based entrepreneur & photographer. I’m running into an issue with n8n where my webhook isn’t firing as expected. I’ve double‑checked the URL, credentials, and workflow settings, but it still doesn’t seem to work.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hey @soumitradutta26, welcome to the community. Could you share more details about the webhook, such as which services it is connected to or whether you are using it internally? Also, please let us know if you have published your workflow, because the webhook will not receive events in production runs unless it is published.

I recommend checking if other triggers are working in published mode like Forms, Chats… To make sure that are all triggers affected, make sure those are working also you can restart your instance, and upgrade it if possible to the stable version.
