SSH node timeout

Can we add an option to the SSH node for a timeout and kill?

So if we are executing a script or command and its taking too long and not stopping for some reason, we can say after xx seconds, kill node, attempt retry X times then fail?

Don’t forget that vote button, There is a retry option for failures but I am not sure how useful a timeout would be for the node. What happens if you are running a task that does take a long time to complete? I can see why a connect timeout would be useful but a command timeout could be dangerous.

im getting no timeout, its just spinning and spinning like its waiting for something. Then manually stop that node and run it again and all is fine.

Is it possible that the server is stuck doing something and has not sent a time out or exit response?

always a possibility
