I’m experiencing an issue with my n8n Cloud Starter plan where my execution (build) credits are not renewing, even though my subscription shows as paid and active.

Billing: Invoices paid on November 14 and December 14

Issue: Execution/build credits remain exhausted and workflows are blocked
I understand that execution credits typically reset on a fixed billing cycle rather than immediately upon payment. However, I’d like confirmation on:

The exact reset date for Starter plan execution credits

Whether my account is properly synced after the November and December payments
-
If a manual sync or reset is required on n8n’s side
This workspace is used for production automations, so this issue is currently impacting active workflows.
I’ve also emailed [email protected] regarding this, but wanted to post here in case additional visibility helps.
