Strange error with Whatsapp API

Yesterday I added a whatsapp trigger and a couple of Whatsapp nodes to a workflow.
I tested them and everything worked.

If I try to run the workflow, I get this:

I checked my credentials and they work. I’m using a permanent token.

What can be the problem?

Hi @albertocv ,

Have you authenticated WhatsApp trigger node using Client ID and secret?

if so, then there is no need to setup the webhook in meta developer console.

You’ll need to delete the webhook from there, in order to run the workflow correctly.

I experienced the similar problem earlier and this solved my issue.

Thanks, I didn’t set up a webhook. I just found out that it happens only because I click Execute Workflow in an active workflow.
Anyway, now the workflow isn’t receiving my messages at all.
The WA connection tests successfully. I’m sending to the right number…

Today it works…
It was working in test mode, but not in live mode. It wasn’t getting messages.
I tested from the Meta for developers Whatsapp Webhooks page and it worked.

What solved the problem. The old trick: I reloaded Whatsapp Web’s page in the browser…
