Stuck on 503 error - Can't access my n8n instance or workflows ([email protected])

I am stuck on a 503 error and cannot even open my n8n instance. The issue has been ongoing — I’ve had version [email protected] running for over 30 minutes now, and I still cannot get access. I don’t even have the option to restart the instance.

I need assistance on how I can get access to my workflows again.

Status: In progress (still experiencing the issue)

What is the error message (if any)?

503 Service Unavailable — the instance will not load at all.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.123.18
  • Running n8n via: n8n cloud

@Josh_Pincus I would say 1-3 business days, as your problem cannot be solved by us as you CANNOT even access your dashboard
