Hey, can’t login into my account. I am with N8N cloud. When I try to reset my password I don’t get a reset password email either. Mostly using Brave but I have tried with Chrome as well with no reset email password or ability to sign in. Looking for a way to resolve this.
- Double-check spam/junk folders for the reset email or magic link.
- Try logging in from a different device or network (sometimes this helps, but it sounds like you’ve already tried this).
- If you’re still not receiving reset emails or magic links, this is likely an issue on n8n Cloud’s side, not yours.

Dang still have’nt heard back from them and they’re still charging my account. Hopefully I hear back from them soon otherwise might have to do a chargeback or something. Thanks again.
