Support doesn't answer my request to increase execution number for paid cloud instance

I have been waiting 2 days for an answer from support to increase my instance executions number. No one replies to the email. Meanwhile my workflows are paused.

Anyone from n8n here that can give a heads up to support?

@bartv can you help here? Maybe use a few of these millions raised to put someone to take care of paying customers?

@jan can you help? Is there a support team member available?

I would not post here if support team had already replied to me 4 days ago, when I requested support for a cloud instance that’s down. I have a serious problem and n8n support is being missing.

Your response was the first signal that there’s someone on the other side doing work and I’m thankful for it, even if doesn’t move the needle to solve my problem a single milimeter. Have a great day, I won’t ping team members like that anymore.
