My question is: When mapping a webhook to Syncro, the Syncro integration doesn’t allow the option to map a webhook query into a Issue Detail, am I missing something?

I just had a look into this and it does indeed look like the n8n node does not have support for ticket details. For now, you could consider using the HTTP Request node here which would allow you to call the SyncroMSP API directly in order to add a ticket comment.
I will also turn this question into a feature request so that you and other users can vote on adding this option to the SyncroMSP node in the future.
