Hi,
I am migrating one of my n8n machines.
It has more than 500 tasks, 250 active!!!
The current task list popup only filters by name/tags.
But filtering by active status would be really useful to focus only on active tasks.
Do you plan to add this feature?
Thank you team!

Hi @Miquel_Colomer
Yesterday there was the same feature request. It is not possible yet to do this, as far as I know.
The idea is:
Enable a filter to show/hide disabled workflows when going to the Workflow > Open menu
My use case:
We have around 200 workflows, but a lot are for testing and are disabled. Sometimes it can be hard to find workflows when we have so many of them.
I think it would be beneficial to add this because:
Being able to conditionally hide workflows as needed would make it quicker to find a workflow that is active
Here’s a mock up that I made:

You can of course get workflows from the api and filter that. It should tell you if they are active or not.
Also possible to cross reference workflows and executions for the sub workflow.
