Tavily nodes are monochrome (no colored icons) — is this normal?

Hey everyone,
I recently installed the Tavily node in n8n, and I noticed that all the Tavily actions (Search, Crawl, Extract, etc.) are showing as monochrome icons instead of the usual colored ones.
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Just wanted to check:

  • Is this the expected behavior for Tavily nodes?
  • Or could this be a UI / installation issue on my end?
  • If not normal, any idea what might be causing it?
    Environment:
  • n8n version: (add your version here)
  • Tavily node version: 0.5.1
  • Deployment: (self-hosted / cloud)

Hi @Rommel_Baliuag, monochrome icons are normal for community nodes — the Tavily package just ships a single-color SVG, n8n renders whatever the package provides. Nothing broken on yoru end, purely cosmetic.

Hi @Rommel_Baliuag I think that node icon is not coloured in self-hosted instances, and in the cloud it seems to have that coloured logo, as they have shown on their official website as a sample video:
